HSI is licensed by and contracts with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, Lincoln, NE, 68509-4728. We are also a United Way of Western Nebraska Campaign Member Agency.
We have been operating in Alliance, Nebraska and serving Western Nebraska since 1982. We offer specific programs to persons with the goal of substance-abuse free lifestyles by learning healthier attitudes and behaviors towards the stresses in life, and by therapeutically instilling health maintenance, a sense of spiritual awareness, and an understanding of the dynamics and ramifications of substance abuse and addiction.
